Securely package your unused products in their original shipping box to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
